Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC)  Policy

Tareek Al-Rumaila Company (TR) focuses on the needs of our clients and provides total assurance and complete satisfaction to our clients. QA/QC plan is based on the following standards:      

  • Putting the specifications cited in the concerned tender into practice.
  • Meeting the specifications of the concerned tenders.
  • Objectives are established throughout the organization to support our Quality Policy and to ensure that our works are right at the first time, on schedule and within the budget.
  • In order to meet our Clients’ requirements and expectations, all company activities are controlled in line with the Quality Management in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
  • Having a variety of transportation options to make the work proceed smoothly.
  • Pursuing and applying updated communication technology to keep in touch with the latest work innovations.
  • Having legal consultant to ensure solving any problem or misunderstanding requiring legal advice.
  • Our performance on these objectives is measured and analysed along with the Quality Policy to enable us continually improve our services.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports by the project and site managers dealing with nature of the work and recommendations for the progress of the work.
  • Our policies, plans, objectives and performance are communicated throughout the organization so that everyone is aware of their respective responsibilities and contribution to Quality and Client satisfaction.
